A stainless steel rod fitted with baskets containing sharp spikes, which is inserted into a bait fish (e.g., sardine) for cephalopod fishing.
The double basket optimizes tentacle hooking.
The claws are equipped with barbs to prevent the largest red squid—known for their powerful fights—from escaping.
An ideal jig for catching beautiful squid at night under a Fuji®-type lighted float or for deep-sea fishing for large red squid.
