A float is both a bite indicator and a presentation platform: it signals the take (dive, lateral drift, bob-up), balances the rig at the desired depth and carries the lure-and-float setup in bombette or bubble fishing. This section gathers our classic, luminous and surf floats for both shore and big-water fishing.
You will find classic floats (waggler, stick, internally weighted) for coarse fishing in fresh and salt water, luminous floats with starlite holder for night fishing (bass, conger, surf pelagics), bombettes for long-range and surface lure fishing, and water bubbles for fishing wet flies without a fly rod. Loadings range from 0.5 g for ultra-fine roach to 60 g and above for deep surfcasting.
This section is mainly composed of the Flashmer range (classic, luminous and bombette floats), complemented by Jet Bull on water bubbles and Fuji Toki on certain specific references. Surfcasting models are systematically tested in real conditions to verify their drift behaviour and impact resistance on shingle beaches.
