A separate, open-mesh plastic livewell basket that fits inside the bucket. Both
the bucket and the basket have their own metal handles with comfortable plastic grips.

The fish basket features a lid to prevent live bait from jumping out of the bucket and to limit water spillage during transport.
It has a transparent flap (for easy viewing) with a quick-release clip for easy access to the live bait.
A hole in the lid allows for the passage of an aerator tube.
