The Line Dragger Explorer Tackle is a clever accessory with three functions:

• Extremely strong knot tightening

• Making braided line/monofilament connection knots (e.g., FG)

• Lure remover

Ultra-compact, the Line Dragger is a 2-in-1 tool since the two tubes can be separated by unscrewing them. By wrapping a few turns of each side of the line around the rubberized surface, you can tighten all types of knots extremely effectively without injuring your hands (leader knots, braided/monofilament splices, etc.). This prevents cuts when applying very strong pressure (especially with braided line) and makes your knots much stronger.

• Tying braided line/monofilament splices (e.g., FG)

The Line Dragger L features a double rubber ring where you simply wrap the line around it a few times to secure the braided line. By tightening the screw, you can adjust the tension according to the diameter of the braided line. This allows you to efficiently tie all types of braided line/monofilament (fluorocarbon, nylon) connection knots that require a taut line (e.g., FG knot).

• Lure Remover

By turning the rubberized surface a few times, the Line Dragger also allows you to free a line snagged on the bottom without injuring your hands (a taut braided line can cause serious cuts).
