Complete trolling line, ready to fish. Mounted on a floating foam swivel.

Total length: +/- 40 m. Composition: +/- 25 m of braided line, 1 leader designed to hold a sinker of approximately 200 g (not included), 10 m of 60/100 nylon after the leader, an anti-twist swivel connecting the 50/100 nylon leader consisting of 5 mackerel lures (hook size 1/0), a 2 m 50/100 nylon leader with a Flashmer Triplebar 20T spoon (triple hook size 4).

Unroll the trolling line as you lower it into the water and check that it is securely attached to the line holder. Weight the line by connecting the sinker to the swivel with nylon (break strength: 1 m of 80/100), in case of snags. Attach the trolling line to the boat: jerks in the line indicate a catch. A speed of 2 to 3 knots is sufficient.

By varying the boat’s speed, you can fish at different depths. If you get a bite, reel the line back to the boat and unhook your catch (being careful not to get everything tangled up...).

An easy and fun fishing activity to enjoy with the family, where you’ll catch mackerel, garfish, sea bass, pollock... Stay clear of buoys and other boats, and anticipate changes in direction.
