This crayfish imitation is unique in that it glides very well.
The flat body combined with the large, ultra-flexible claws provides the Pure Craw with significant lift and allows it to flap.
This makes it possible to use it as a “swimming jig” for fish in open water.
During retrieval, the claws displace a lot of water and produce very powerful vibrations that predators can detect from great distances.
Since this craw is salted and thoroughly infused with the powerful Bang attractant—a highly concentrated, natural oil—it will attract predators and encourage them to hold the lure in their mouths longer during the strike, thereby optimizing your hookset.
Thanks to its fleshy, easy-to-rig body, this craw can be used with a wide variety of techniques.
It can be rigged on a size 3/0 Texas hook, with or without a weight, as well as used as a trailer on a spinnerbait or a rubber jig.
A lure that is just as effective for slow, scraping retrieves as it is for fishing in open water.
