The PANHEAD is a truly unique jig.
Its puck-shaped head allows it to stay just below the surface, even when retrieved slowly.
Its actions are as varied as the ways to work it... It swims, glides, and jumps above the surface.
As soon as it breaks the surface, it jumps and skips like a pebble over vegetation, with water spraying from both sides of the head.
By attaching a trailer to the hook, you get a undulating swim.
The head’s movements are transmitted to the trailer, creating a most natural wake...
On a low retrieve, with the tip just skimming the water, the lure stays on the surface and wriggles. After a short pause, restarting the lure offers an amazing spectacle!
A GLIDING JIG!
An extraordinary rubber jig! The unique design of the puck-shaped jig head is what makes the PanHead so special.
Much like pebbles skipping across the water’s surface, this jig offers a large contact surface, allowing it to swim horizontally in very shallow water, even during slow retrieves.
The silicone skirt (40 strands) works in tandem with this buoyancy to further slow its descent speed.
This model is therefore perfect for precision fishing with very slow retrieves or for covering large areas in the shallowest waters.
During retrieval, the unique shape of the head causes the skirt and trailer to undulate and weave in a deceptively natural motion.
Don’t hesitate to let it sink slowly: its slow descent through the water gives even the most wary bass and pike plenty of time to succumb to temptation.
