Attractants are liquid or powder compositions that extend or amplify the olfactory effect of a bait, whether natural (worms, livebait) or artificial (boilies, soft lures). A good attractant diffuses regularly through the water column around the bait, creating an attraction zone far beyond the fish's visual reach.
You will find liquid attractants (boosters, dips) for boilies and soft lures (scents: crustacean, sardine, krill, banana, vanilla), powder attractants (to mix into bottom groundbaits, to sprinkle on boilies), direct sprays for soft lures (brush or spray application), specialised attractants (for feeder fishing, for surfcasting, for catfish fishing), and concentrated attractants for home tiers.
