Principle: To neutralize the nervous system in order to prevent the animal from feeling any pain and to enhance the quality of the fish's flesh.

The ideal tool for stunning the fish, keeping it as fresh as possible for longer. This prevents the fish’s flesh from becoming tough. Furthermore, this technique prevents the fish from suffering.

Before paralyzing the fish, please cut the gills to drain the blood. The blood will not flow out once the body is paralyzed.

Insert the needle between the eyes, slightly higher, at a 30-degree angle above the surface, and the fish’s body will contract.

Then thread a line through the needle; the body will contract and stop moving. Place the fish in ice water, and the flesh will stay fresh.
