Curved wishbone rig for crab fishing. 2 forged, black-nickel-plated, reverse-curved blade hooks, mounted on fluorocarbon. Flashmer’s wishbone crab hooks have been specifically designed for the most delicate fishing for gilthead seabream and other sparidae (sar, grey seabream, pagus, etc.)

Ready to use—simply attach the loop to the swivel of a sliding rig (e.g., hollow olive, bead, or snap with a swivel). The wishbone rig features a 200 cm leader that ensures maximum stealth and allows for a perfect presentation of the crab.

This leader is made of fluorocarbon (abrasion-resistant, discreet). It ends with two small, side-by-side branches, each equipped with a strong, extremely sharp iron round hook with a blade. These hooks are positioned at the rear and on either side of the crab for optimal hooking of the gilthead seabream. These are Mutu-style round hooks specially adapted for fishing for sea bream. They are forged from strong iron to withstand the powerful jaws of sea bream but are nonetheless ultra-sharp (needle point). They are treated with black nickel for maximum discretion in the face of the legendary wariness of sea bream.

The diameters of these leaders, along with the small hook sizes used, make them perfect for light tackle fishing in the Atlantic (clear waters, shallow areas, etc.) as well as for fishing in the Mediterranean. 200 cm fluorocarbon leader (abrasion resistance, discretion) Ultra-sharp forged Mustu-style round hooks with a blade (specialized for sparidae)
