The ZEST knife features an ergonomic handle made of rot-resistant exotic wood. The top of the 10 cm blade is serrated for easy fish scaling. The serrated blade edge allows for quick fish scaling.

The ZEST SCALING KNIFE comes with a protective sheath featuring a clip for attaching the knife to a belt.

Safety: Sharp blade; gloves recommended. Return the knife to the protective sheath after use. Keep out of reach of children.

Care: Wash the knife with fresh water and dry it before returning it to its sheath.
