A bait bag designed to disperse bait or ground fish (minced fish) under the boat to attract fish (e.g., bonito, grey mullet, etc.)

Can also be used in conjunction with regular releases of fish bait (light chum with sardine pieces) for bonito or for bluefin tuna fishing (heavy chum with whole sardines).

Mesh small enough to gradually release fine particles over a long period (the goal is to attract, not to feed!)
