Soft lures are now the most-used family in predator fishing: extraordinarily varied (shape, size, colour, scent), they allow a presentation precision hard baits can't reach, and very slow animation on wary fish. Rigged on jig heads, Texas rigs, drop-shots or wacky, they adapt to every context.
You will find shads (chunky bodies with paddle tails) for retrieve fishing, finesses (long, slim) for high-pressure precision fishing, creatures (complex shapes, multi-appendage) for vertical fishing, worms (worms, senkos) for wacky-rig and bottom fishing, crayfish for bass and pike fishing, and tenya/madai-specific softs.
