Stainless steel scissors designed for cutting fish. Since 2011, it has been mandatory to cut off the lower part of the tail of preserved fish and shellfish (lobsters, rock lobsters) immediately after slaughter.
The Tail-Cutting Scissors are ideal for marking fish. Their serrated blades grip the slippery texture of fish fins. The ergonomic handles and large rings provide a secure grip. The serrated stainless steel interior of the handles allows for various uses: opening glue bottles, bottle opener, nutcracker, holding an object firmly, etc.
Available in high-visibility blue and fluorescent orange.
The Tail-Cutting Scissors are available individually in blister packs or in a display case of 20 pairs of scissors.
Safety: Sharp blades. Keep out of reach of children.
Care: Wash the scissors with fresh water and dry them before storing them in a well-ventilated, dry place.
